Ali brings over 15 years of experience in the HR field, with expertise spanning benefits administration, compensation management, talent acquisition, and overall HR operations. Her background includes work with large organizations such as Dow Chemical and Chemical Bank, as well as nonprofit institutions like Alma College, in addition to numerous small businesses and startups.
Beyond HR consulting, Ali is also a certified fitness instructor and yoga teacher and is the founder of Allied Group Fitness, a studio offering both in-person and online group fitness classes for all experience levels. She is actively involved in the community, serving as an Ambassador and Board member for the Midland Business Alliance, a trustee of the Midland Area Community Foundation, a member of the Midland Downtown Development Authority Board, and a member of the Midland Noon Exchange Club.

Scott has spent most of his career in the production & manufacturing Industry, holding various positions in Operations and Training & Development. He has earned his Bachelors (B.A.A.) degree in Entrepreneurship from Central Michigan University and his Masters (M.S.A.) degree from CMU concentrating in Organizational Leadership.
Scott's other accomplishments include earning certifications as a Lean Practitioner and a Six Sigma Green Belt. He has also held roles on several committees dedicated to Employee Engagement, Rewards & Recognition and Behavior Based Safety.

Outside of work you can find Emily outdoors enjoying all of the elements Michigan has to offer. Throughout Emily’s professional career she has also obtained a certification in SafeTalk and Assist and is an advocate in Mental Health Awareness. Emily also serves on the board for The Rock center of youth development.
