Ali brings over 15 years of experience in the HR field, with expertise spanning benefits administration, compensation management, talent acquisition, and overall HR operations. Her background includes work with large organizations such as Dow Chemical and Chemical Bank, nonprofit institutions like Alma College, and numerous small businesses and startups.
Beyond HR consulting, Ali is also a certified fitness instructor and yoga teacher and the founder of Allied Group Fitness, a studio offering both in-person and online group fitness classes for all experience levels.
Ali is deeply involved in the Midland community, serving as a Board member of the Midland Business Alliance and Vice Chair of the MBA Ambassadors, a trustee of the Midland Area Community Foundation, and a member of the Midland Downtown Development Authority Board.

Scott has spent most of his career in the production & manufacturing Industry, holding various positions in Operations and Training & Development. He has earned his Bachelors (B.A.A.) degree in Entrepreneurship from Central Michigan University and his Masters (M.S.A.) degree from CMU concentrating in Organizational Leadership.
Scott's other accomplishments include earning certifications as a Lean Practitioner and a Six Sigma Green Belt. He has also held roles on several committees dedicated to Employee Engagement, Rewards & Recognition and Behavior Based Safety.

She has several years of HR consulting experience and supports organizations in areas including recruiting, employee relations, benefits administration, payroll, compliance, policy development, employee onboarding, and HRIS management.
Outside of the office, Ema is an active member of Midland Young Professionals and enjoys being involved in the Midland community. In her free time, she loves going up north and spending time with her family and friends.

Outside of work, Kiera coaches varsity cheerleading for Dow High School, where she loves helping young athletes build confidence and leadership skills. When she's not on the sidelines and competition floor, she's usually at home with her cats and a book. Kiera also loves to bake cookies, sourdough bread, cakes, and pies.
